Hungarian President Resigns in Plagiarism Scandal

BUDAPEST, Hungary (AP) — Hungarian President Pal Schmitt resigned Monday because of a plagiarism scandal regarding a doctoral dissertation he had written 20 years ago on the Olympics.>>>
